I keep CNN or Foxnews on during the day while I work. And, at night we watch about 3 hours.

So, I'd say about 11 hours a day. (But, this is not active watching. It is just having it on as background noise. I can't groom and actually watch anything.)

Per week, I'd estimate around 60 hours of having the tv ON and around 20 hours of actually paying attention.
