Got no problem with your patriotism. The Flag is flying in front of my house as I type this.
I do have a problem with name calling. Since you've never met us personally, know our voting record, morals or ideology, I resent being painted with labels like liberal, democrat, commie, etc.
I'm none of the above.
I'm also not republican, conservative or agnostic.
I'm a child of the 60's, but was not a hippie and never tried acid.
I learn a lot more about issues by listening to well thought out, measured arguments.
I suspect a lot of us feel that way.
I am interested in your opinions -- I just won't be categorized by anyone using sweeping generalizations and trigger words.
I'm glad things are calming down.
