I'm going to re-watch the episode tonight, but I'm interested to hear people's speculations on who will be the next president.
I'm starting to follow some of the spec in the TWOP West Wing threads that Santos/McGarry will end up coming out on top, but that something will happen to make Santos have to step down. Leo then becomes the head of the ticket, and Sam Seaborn comes back as his VP.
