I have two actually.
One was a couple of years ago during vacation at my summer retail job. I worked in the children's department. Anyway - this lady and her adorable daughter cameup to purchase some clothes at the counter and the mom paid with her AOII credit card. I said, "Oh wow, you're an AOII? I am too! From Rhodes." Unfortunately, she looked at me like I was nuts or something.
The second one was just recently. I had the unfortunate experience of changing jobs and the job I got hired into not working out because of my lack of litigation experience (I am a legal assistant). Well, I applied for a job through careerbuilder.com and got contacted by a lady through a personnel company. She had looked at my resume and saw that I was an AOII and said she was one at University of Alabama. She was very friendly and I finally got to meet her in person.
(Oh - and I am not unemployed anymore - I will start my new job on Tuesday. Just in case you were wondering.)
