I don't think her parents chose to break the homosexual rule of the school. That's like saying the child's parents chose to be homosexual. I know I didn't choose to be heterosexual. I didn't sit down and write a pro and con list about heterosexual and homosexual lifestyles and then chose.

The only thing they chose was to send their child to this school. Who knows if this was really a rule? All that was quoted was the superintendant's letter, not the school manual or handbook.
