There is also a big difference between high school and college.
I'm not defending it at all.... But I would think that a lot of it is exaggerated.
I DEFINATELY read nothing in that story that I feel would warrant a felony. I mean, yeah maybe they should have known better than to do some of this stuff, but seriously.... it does not sound like something worth ruining these kids' futures.
