It cannot be False Imprisonment, because there was an alternate method of escape. If they were in a room with only one door, then yes, it would have been false imprisonment. It will most likely be Assult and Battery, torts that entail no jail time and are not a criminal activities, legally speaking. Thus, there would be only monetary compensatory and perhaps (but not likely) punitive damages.

That having been said, I was a wrestler in HS, too, and this is just what happens. The freshmen didn't even have to be at the party. They probably weren't even invited. I know we never invited freshmen to our parties. Beyond that, horseplay is just something that you put up with on any sports team. These babies need to dry up and grow a pair or they'll never get a bid. . . if they make it to college.
