We'll evolve. Without a doubt, some old groups will go away in that process, and new ones will come in.

I think greek participation will trend up rather than down. As to housing though, I'm not sure how that's going to pan out. Greek housing is at a huge disadvantage when competing with the schools to fill beds. Schools can do it far cheaper, and they really don't have to do much to ensure continued success.
