The new NPC recommendations are that you evaluate Total on a yearly basis. Therefore, even if you lower it, then you have a really good recruitment year all around, then you raise it by 5. Then you have another really good recruitment and you raise it by 5 again.
Think about how much fun you could be having and how much more relaxed everybody would be if you didn't have to recruit constantly. (Of course, we are always recruiting in the way we role model leadership on campus, but not in having planned events for it). Wouldn't it be nice to relax for a semester and focus on philanthropy, mixers, academics and sisterhood (not necessarily in that order
)?
