We talk about lowering total every year but it just never seems to happen. i think we may all have some wishful thinking that we will actually reach 45.
i hope that this situation can be resolved in a positive manner for all chapters on campus.
(btw, i will not reveal which chapter has done this but i will say it was not mine or taualumna's).
oh and yes, COR is done all year (school yr that is) on our campus.
