Rita is on the move. She is now a hurricane, in fact she is a Cat 2 and all indicators suggest she will strenghten tonigh, some expect she will reach a Cat 4.
I am a native Houstonian and my city can't take this! TS Allison flooded the city and that was just a TS. I wouldn't wish a hurricane on anyone, but doesn't the Mexican desert need water?
