Phi Mu is pretty strict anywhere, from what I've heard and at least seen with my chapter. Our regional reps do a great job of helping the chapter and overseeing things.

Now as far as faves, I think there are some... mainly larger southern chapters. They're always in our Aglaia for whatever reason and "chapter of the quarter".... but then again I don't know what the qualifications are for that. I duno. Our nationals is strict and some rules really suck, but it's what makes ours a great org.
