Gads. Back in the day I had a girlfriend who worked for the PR shop that serviced Tyco. I remember her saying how they only billed Tyco for about 70% of the hours they actually spent on the account because Tyco was a big client and they threatened to change agencies if they were billed for all hours worked.
I guess I know where a lot of the money went.
