I was what I call a "quantity" girl. I was COB'd when our chapter had 25 girls and total was 45. I figured they were letting in anyone who came out, especially since after I got in no one really talked to me except my big who was great at the time, and one of the really older girls who was just awesome. Then I got into an argument with one of the "popular" girls, and somehow ended up becoming best friends with her and her clique. Then my big started hating me for whatever reason. She deactivated. I went on to be a major contributor to the sorority and put in all my time and energy.

Now I've definitely seen a few slip in, and they didn't end up being much except a number on our roster. One was even so incredibly rude when a few of us Phi Mus went out to lunch with some of the fraternity guys and members of the two other panhel orgs that we were so embarrassed. She deactivated. Most of those girls end up deactivating.

But I've also seen a few girls who we were really excitd to get on bid day and not end up doing anything or just being a big ball of drama.
