It annoys me to no end when chapters don't keep their websites up-to-date. I mean come on, how hard is it to update it AT LEAST ONCE a month? I was EE's web master last year, and kept it up to date... I know being a student is hectic and everything, but if you have way too much to do that you can't even spare half an hour for the website, then seems to me you should hand the responsibility over to someone who WILL take it seriously (maybe an alumna?
). A website is one of the most important recruitment tools chapters have. I know before I rushed, I looked at all the websites the sororities on my campus had, and based on those, I picked the ones I liked the best. (Now I know that's not the best way to form opinions about groups, but I was a freshman with no clue about greek life).
