I'm watching a PrimeTime special on Katrina tonight and the camera pans the poor Superdome crowd and there's this woman in big yellow shorts and I say "Hey! FUPA!!!!". Thankfully I was by myslef so I didn't have to explain!
Then I thought, "Freakin' FUPA"
