I think so, too. He didn't say "I'm so sorry we took so long..." or "I'm so sorry
I didn't do xyz". It didn't sound sincere - it just sounded like rhetoric. Someone should ask him exactly what he feels his part in this failure was, since he's feeling responsible and all.
