If I am getting Brian right it is not IFC that is ruling on the pics but the Greek Life office. In which case I would work with the IFC officers and the other fraternities to get the standards back to somewhere in the middle.
I know there has been a lot of turnover the last few years in the Greek Life Office but do you have a faculty advisor or someone that can help you out too?
Oh btw have a toasted roll for me! (yum!!)
