Problems we have are always staying about the same size not really growing (20 members). So people have to pitch in a lot and by the time they work hard all 4 years they are burnt out and don't want to be involved as alumni. Also sometimes people work too hard for a couple of years as members and get burnt out and we don't have any early alumni policy so they quit and are just gone forever.
Also I don't think we have done a very good job expanding to other campuses or taking care of the chapters we do have but I'm not sure what what the international board should do or how it should be set up differently to improve this.
