I'm guessing for just a lot of little things in general. The only thing I can really think of would be the whole lying to the people about WMD but that would be almost impossible to prove (even though I'm sure half of congress and the country believe it to be true, heck I do).
Hey if they can try to impeach Clinton for having an extramarital affair (which was none of our damn business in the first place, I don't care where it happened, it had nothing to do with the decisions he made as president), then I'm sure they could try with Bush b/c some of his presidential decisions have been less than "smart" (I guess you could say).
FYI on the whole Clinton impeachment. I only really remember the deal with Monica, which happened right around the impeachment time. I honestly don't remember everything else that happened. But IMPO they went after him b/c of the affair and they justified it with Whitewater. But this thread isn't about Clinton so don't jump on me for getting the impeachment facts wrong, I'm just making the point that if they (Congress) can try to impeach Clinton then they could definately try to impeach Bush. Not that I see in happening b/c you really have to get a majority of Congress that wants to do this.
