I basically notice everything on a girl - now, that doesn't mean I'm going to discount a girl because of her eyebrows, or whatever - but I try to notice everything - one, because I just try to be perceptive about that stuff, and two, because then if she changes something (hair color, etc.), I'll be able to mention it to her and save myself from getting yelled at.
