I say go ahead and rebuild but do not expect taxpayers to continue to bail you out. I am not sure how Texas is going to handle the situation, our school system has not been up to par for years so it will be interesting.
I feel sorry for the people going to California and making minimum wage-how are they going to be able to live out there with such a high cost of living?
