while there are many people on here who have been completely happy in their "second" choice, only you can decide what is best for you!

Oh, I didn't rank the sororities...we dont do that at my campus. They just gave us a list of the sororities that invited us back, and tomorrow we choose which sorority we want a bid from (if we got an invitation tonight, then we automatically get a bid from them tomorrow).
That is a reason why i really need to think about what I want. I dont want to sign a bid card, and then be bound to any decision i make---just in case.

i know i don't know a whole lot about the whole greek thing yet, but i can't help but feel the need to caution you about the fact that if you get into Patty and there are any Patty girls from your chapter on GC, you have already made it pretty clear that Patty isn't your first choice. now i am definitely *not* saying don't go with them because it sounds like you really do like Patty! and we want you to be happy! i'm just commenting that it was noticed on the board and could cause hurt feelings/akwardness if you accept a bid and reveal the GLO and chapter on GC.

I understand that as well, and i know that I CAN'T say that someone from Patty isn't on GC, but i haven't come across any from the organization. But then, just because Patty was my 2nd choice, doesn't mean they didn't have a big impact on me--b/c they did. Throughout the week, I was in between two sororities---Phoebe and Patty. I really liked both of them. I dont think that just because I call them a "second choice" doesn't mean that is not where I belong...ya know?
