it sounds like you have a very difficult decision. if you ranked the sororities you went to tonight on a bid card, then cob will not be an option for you. signing your bid card binds you to one of those groups for one calendar year. if you did not sign, then cob is an option.
while there are many people on here who have been completely happy in their "second" choice, only you can decide what is best for you!
