This is wrong. Background checks based on what? mere suspicion? Citizens carry the presumption of innocence, and should be able to travel without this kind of foolishness.
If this passes (which I doubt), should we then require criminal background checks before we let Arkansans leave the state? why not? (no disrespect to any GCers from Arkansas, but this right here ^^ makes no sense.)
