yah, we do that for rush too. but the fvp alone was responsible for that. not sure why. we weren't that big a chapter but we always had to refer rushes to the fvp. but there was a full breakdown for the rushes of where exactly every penny was going. but i dont' think it'd be kosher to post our dues for the general public. i think telling rushes, where we're concerned is kindof a necessary evil. A thing we must tell them if they are genuinely interested in joining. I acutally know that there are other houses on my campus that abide by the same rules. Wierd. Maybe it's just us wacko canadians?!?
