OMG! My husband and I went to KFC on Saturday night. Since the staff is notorious for not giving you all the strips you paid for, my husband checked the order before we drove home.
When I opened my food, I asked him, "Did you p*** off one of the staff members?" He asked me why. I held up my biscuit, which was missing a piece. Since the remnants were not in my box, I can only presume that (a) the person who filled the order accidentally broke it with the tongs while handling it or (b) someone took a bite out of it (and yes, the missing piece looked like a bite!). So I obviously didn't eat the biscuit.
This same KFC has ended up serving burned-up corn on the cob and shortchanging me out of a chicken wing (I had ordered a 3 pc. and my husband didn't notice).
