i apologize; you are correct, PM_Mama00. please accept my sincere condolences, from not only myself but on behalf of the many, many others who posted all willy-nilly in this thread. in our attempts at jocularity, we may have offended people who somehow conjoin open mocking of an exceptionally specific body element with a general mocking of fat people, even in absence of any rational reason to do so. we should understand that some people just. cannot. help. it. and, as such, they should be coddled and protected against any sort of identification with their own bodies. in fact, i should not have even used the term 'fat', instead going for something like 'geneticly-thin deficient' or whatever other bullshit. i really should grow up, because growing up means an end to fun, and certainly growing up would not include anything like "stopping your hypersensitivity to weight-related issues regardless of the thread topic" . . . not at all. again, i'm sorry, and we should all strive for your diligent and sterling examples of growing the fuck up. you're my hero.
