2) Over. Especially after I saw that episode of Soul Food where Jack tells Lem to teach Bird how to put toilet tissue on the roll to avoid getting dust & germs in ya ___. (I don't know how true that is!)
3) BEFORE. I think men must have a rule that bathmats are towels, though. I gave up. I refuse to put one down anymore - I HATE soggy bath mats!
