We voted last year about letting Zeta Delta Phi affiliate with Tri-Delt. All 8 sororities had to agree, and even if one said no, they weren't going to be allowed to come. From what I hear, not one person said yes. Our advisor strongly recommended we say no becaue quote would drop severely and we can't afford to do that.
Girls not receiving bids have nothing to do with houses getting full. Ceiling is 100, and you are allowed to have more than 100 girls if it's who you are accepting as part of quota.
