3. Um, I guess I dry my feet on the bath mat, so that would be after (I don't pay attention to these things)...
4. Both socks, starting with the left foot, then both shoes.

6. Definately closed (unless you live by yourself, you never know who and when someone else is entering the house, and besides, that's gross!!!)...
7. I believe I wash my upper body first (chest, stomach, then back, arms, etc.), using the same order I use when I put lotion on).
