moe.ron, have to agree with You in toto!

State Us are cheaper, but still the costs go up. Expendable $$ can only go so far.

We have a better product to sell, but can they (newbies) afford it. One of the things We try to do is keep Housing $ down compared to Apt and Dorm rents.
