It depends on how much warning I had.
If I just had a few minutes' warning, I'd run like he!!. If I had children or pets, I'd grab them. Material possessions can always be replaced; lives cannot.
With an hour or two of warning, I'd grab wallet and keys, a few important documents, cell, PDA, laptop, and some of my more valuable jewelry, in addition to the obvious clothes, toiletries, and meds.
With several hours of advance warning, I'd grab everything that would fit into my car, lol.
