this is actually my first post, sorry to be peekin in on ya'll beautiful ladies' chat but I think that he was shot in the leg because, if you aim the gun below the waist, you only get manslaughter as opposed to attempted murder. At least thats what I think, i'm no lawyer or law enforcement officer.
or maybe the shooter was a moron and a bad aim.
and no I am not a fraternity member, I'm an aspirant.
