NPHC President (to the petitioning GLO): Well, I'm sorry to tell you that your application for membership has been denied.

Aspirant GLO President: Excuse me, but uh, why?

NPHC President: Well, according to our bylaws, you must have at least 100 chapters, half of which must have been in existence for at least ten years. Do you have them?

Aspirant GLO President: Well uh, no. (NPHC President makes a "Well, there you go" type gesture). But all we have to do is to get those chapters and we're in, right?

NPHC President: Right, right. So, I guess we'll see you in about, say...20 years? (All NPHC members present burst out in fits of laughter).
