Oh Lawd, I forgot to post my response (so, sue me).
Well here goes.
1. Don't nobody want a bone, but a dog and he don't want it if ain't no meat on it. (For those who feel that their weight is an issue).
2. If you hurt my baby (or something to this effect), you betta get in a eagle a** and hope he don't sh*t. (my mother used this a lot when we were younger).
3. Now that ( and I left the 's off on purpose) like the pot callin' the kettle black. (when someone points out your faults and they're in the same situation).
4. Girl, if you don't stop, I'm gone (yes, I said "gone") beat you goin' and comin' (now THAT'S a serious threat).
5. Boy, I'm gone beat the black off you. (now THAT'S a serious a**whooping).
6. I'm gone be all over you like white on rice. (I think you get the picture).
7. She was moving like 40 going north. (WTF? I never really understood this one).
8. I'm gonna to see a man bout a mule. (This was one of the classics in my home. My mother always said this whenever we asked where she was going, but she didn't want to tell us. For years, I actually thought we were going to get a mule).
