I say Stick with NCSC but talk with the advisor. Explain that you are not going to be able to make the induction ceremony.

Most honor organizations (especially those like NCSC and Golden Key) prefer you to go to the induction but its not mandatory. I know lots of people who missed our Golden Key induction.

You have already paid your dues so at worse they will induct you next semester.
