May I also add something else NOT to say? If a PNM chooses another house and your house wanted her, don't say something sarcastic like, "I hope you like that other house because we really wanted you!" I've seen ladies on Bid Day crying because the house that wanted them makes snide remarks about the house the PNM ended up in. It makes the PNM doubt their choice (which should never happen!) and makes the sorority girl in question look bad.
I see it happen all too often and it breaks my heart...
