The problem with some TKE chapters is that they don't utilize the tools and resources that they are provided... There are alumni boards, province advisors, Grand Province Advisors, Province Educational Conferences, Regional Conferences, Rush Coaches, guest speakers - you name it - list goes on... But some smaller chapters don't use these things to their full extent...

Excuse my ignorance then. I only get to see the end product when it comes to TKE chapters, not the process
I have some reservations about the "wide net" that they cast, and that in some instances, the organization appears to be spread a bit too thin (low degree of control over chapters).
On the other hands, I admire that they are willing to spread the net in the first place, I find value in that the organization is very aggressive and accepting when it comes to founding new chapters.
These two things may explain why TKE is the biggest in terms of chapters, but near the bottom in terms of average chapter size.
I honsetly wish that my organization would learn a lesson in terms of aggressive expansionism from the likes of TKE and PKA. While we have improved a lot in recent years, we're nowhere close to any of the organizations I've listed. I haven't been keeping track, but I wouldn't be surprised if we're closing more chapters than we're opening.
