While I agree that we expand to just about everywhere, I have to
disagree with the first part...
The problem with some TKE chapters is that they don't utilize the tools and resources that they are provided... There are alumni boards, province advisors, Grand Province Advisors, Province Educational Conferences, Regional Conferences, Rush Coaches, guest speakers - you name it - list goes on... But some smaller chapters don't use these things to their full extent...
