Went down this morning with 2 other Alums for a cook out and small recruitment function.
Had two come over with some more later. Sig Eps across the street was having a BBQ also but did not have many that We could see.
The Basement is in and first floor flooring and one wall.
Alum Paul C. said weather permitting, should have all 1 st floor walls and second flooring in.
9 feet walls on first floor and basement.
Figure it will be ready in Jan for Spring Sem.
Six upstairs bedrooms, two man rooms with connecting baths.
One Bed room for President on first floor.
Possible expansion for basement. 2000 sq. feet each floor and basement.
Right at 6000 sq. feet.
4 foot brick wall and stuco for the rest for exterior.
It will be a nice house to be sure, right on a corner lot across from Campus.
