I do, but it depends on how long the nap is if it'll work or not. An hour and a half is my ideal naptime, less I just want more and more I'll wake up groggy and cranky.
You know, I read about this high school in Connecticut that has a Power Nap club. They had scheduled meeting times during the day where they'd come and sleep for an hour, teaching themselves to fall asleep quickly and wake up after exactly one hour. When tested, they did better on the SAT than most students in their respective classes. I kid you not, I read this in my h.s. newspaper and was sooooo jealous (my first SAT scores were kinda low).
