If I've learned anything about grief, I've learned that you hurt until you're raw, then suddenly there comes a day that you can fully appreciate that they are with the Lord, and if you truly loved them, you wouldn't bring them back to this cesspool called earth for anything.
"Heavenly Father, please hold my sister in Your arms, hold her close as she goes through this hard experience. Please be with her in an especially loving way, and please be her Abba, her Daddy, as she longs for the peace that passes all understanding.
