We did a lot of testing with it before we deployed it on all the workstations at work and didn't end up with any problems, although we did disable the firewall since we are already behind 3 corporate firewalls. If you already had a firewall installed, they can conflict and cause a lot of problems. Since installing that, with the Google pop up blocker on all of our machines at work, I haven't had to spend any time cleaning adware or spyware off of any PCs and I used to spend about 4 hours a week cleaning people's machines. I run it at home with the firewall on and it's doing fine, but I don't have a lot installed on my PC at home.
