I've talked about this with Housing Corp before. That's honestly not much of a problem because they've told me that I could have a first floor SINGLE bedroom. Everything I'd need in the house is on that floor (accessible bathroom, kitchen, etc). There are a few stairs leading upstairs to other rooms and downstairs to the chapter room/game room/study area. But honestly, it's nothing I can't handle.
