Just wanted to mention something that I'll bet you're taking ino consideration -- more for others reading this than for you -- You've mentioned that you have a disability, so you may want to do a thorough walk-through of the house. If applicable, you may want to be sure that all the places you'll need or want to be in, and anything you'll want or need to use is (reasonably) accessible, or at least can be made accessible.
