Thanks but back in 02 at Miami Boule, I was less the 13 plus a few. My job requires me to sit on my fat butt all day and snacking at my desk didn't help my weight gain of 20 lbs. Though I have an athletic frame, I'm 5'2 and should not weigh more than 130. My extra weight was sitting on my torso so I could hide it with loose fitting tops. I'm at the point now where my belly isn't back to the 6 pack but if I suck it in I'm cool.

(and yeah, the sit ups help)
