I'm speaking for myself only, but I can live with
anyone. Oh, yes. My family are some of the most difficult people in the world to share a house with, but I did it for over 18 years. It's a good thing I'm like this, because I'm sort of old-fashioned...or maybe it's just selfish, because I would think I was getting the short end of the stick if my guy asked me to just live with him as opposed to getting hitched. I guess if you aren't like that, you just sort of have to make it a point to spend a lot of time with the person you think you might end up with...because most people I know usually end up informally living together anyway (spending the night at each others' places almost every night) even if they're not actually cohabitating.
I don't know...basically, in a nutshell I would think a guy was a wuss if he wanted to "try things out" by living together first. Nope, sorry buddy...if you want me to share your house, you know what you gotta do.
