The thing is, she moved in, so its now both of your place, not just yours. And she needs to feel comfortable there. Everything you are dealing with is normal.
Women use a lot of toilet paper. Unlike men, we MUST use it EVERYTIME we go to the bathroom. Think about it. We're shaped differently.

It is VERY hard in the beginning when you live together. It is even harder if someone moves into YOUR place. For the person living there first, it can be hard to relinquish the thought of it being MINE. Its not MINE anymore Craig, its OURS.
