OK, today's beer:
Summit Extra Pale - Summit's out of Minneapolis, a solid craft brewery that has pretty good distribution at this point. The Extra Pale is a fantastic draft brew, with hoppy character but not enough to scare away casual drinkers. The bar will often try to get a lemon wedge into this beer, but don't let them - enjoy it bare, and get the full hoppy character without diluting it with acidity.
Plus, Summit's beers are very reasonably priced.
(I also agree with Rudey about Three Floyds - I'll use one of their beers next week)
